if a ex gets remarried and

has to pay child suport is it

both ther incomes

combined to see how much

he has to pay.

New spouse income is used only to determine the amount of taxes paid by the payer parent. There are some instances in which the income of the new spouse would be considered. So long as he is working it is unlikely that your income will be responsible for his child support.
