Re: childsupport

There are several websites that provide free estimates of child support based on California child support law. To provide the information your are requesting requires information on father's gross income, mother's gross income, the number of children, per cent of time the children are with each parent, interest payments on the mortgage, and property taxes. There are some other items that come into play such as children from other relationships, that are supported by that parent. New spouse income is relevant only to the extent that it affects the amount of taxes paid by that parent.
