so unless he contact the child support unit he can't go to DMV and reapply for is licenes. andd what if in fact he would like to dipute the mthe actual amount/ entire amount of child support that is being charged, what steps can he take to have the whole case reviewd by the courts. how can he obtain copies of the entire case since his child wae in foster-care when the court order was put in place by the court and he was then ordered to pay foster care maintance, for the child while a ward of the court. can he appeal the support order, even though the child is now 18 yaers old?
