what are my choices?

i am--name removed--25 m from CA, met--name removed--girl and she claims i got her pregnant. she then moved away to Virgina before we could establish paternity. She now wants me to pay child support once the child is born. She is in Virginia and I am in California, i need to know if this child is mine before i start paying child support. What are my options?

You should take this matter very seriously. First, if there is a complaint for establish of parternity filed and served against you, then you should file an answer immediately denying paternity. Second, you should request a blood test so it can be determined that you are in fact father of the minor child.
