Legal Question in Family Law in California

Civil Case Summons in Family Law Case

Back ground:

*I purchased a home before marriage. Title is sole & sep prop. I refinanced during marriage and kept title sole and sep. property

*Involved in Marriage dissolution for 4 yrs ( 9 month marriage) and still waiting on property settlement.

*Ex-Wife is claiming this is her property because she put money into fixing up.

Question:

In addition to our pending property settlement she (pro per) has filed a civil suit against me saying the home was acquired by ''Theft by Deception'' In the same suit she includes the bank for ''Negligent Lending.'' (Craziest thing I ever heard)

She is now trying to get family court to consolidate the 2 cases.

I need to respond to summons...how should I? Is there a way to dismiss since these are basically the same claims in the pending property settlement?

FYI...She has filed 2 previous Federal cases that were dismissed and there is a pending small claims court case she just opened. -All in regards to this property that has not been settled. Is there a law againts all these suits? Can she be forced to go to thearpy?
