What are the consequences of one spouse filing false loan applications and deeds on 3 occasions. An Interspousal Transfer Deed signed by a former, not the current spouse and two Deeds claiming to be Single and Unmarried when in fact the spouse was married.

Signing a false loan application is criminal: federal and state, so criminal prosecution is one consequence. That spouse is also subject to civil suit for fraud, etc. by any damaged parties: the banks, etc. Concerning the spouse, the misdealing-spouse has certainly breached his/her fiduciary duty to the other spouse, which means they will be held accountable and are subject to penalties. There's a lot going on here.
