Legal Question in Family Law in California

Civil Law - Contract Agreement

I am the Plaintiff in a TRO/Harassment Case, and I am mediating an out of Court, mutual personal conduct agreement with the Defendant, in order to dimiss the case before trial this week.

My question is, can I seek to have the Defendant drop all current and future suits against me, as part of our agreement? and if so, Is the Defendant legally bound by such an agreement?

thank you, this matter is urgent, your very quick reply is appreciated.

You can ask him to drop current cases and anything else that is related to the current matter, but I seriously doubt any agreement to waive all future legal actions against you would hold up.
