Filed response to OSC for child support and for ex to continue driving due to my disability. Court lost all my docs. Found them 10 mos. later. I filed for new hrg and also to recuse Judge. It's been a year and I can't drive so my ex keeps taking out police reports on me. How can I get the matter reheard ex-parte without having to wait for the recuse hearing.

Once you filed the motion to recuse the judge cannot take further action pending the hearing and another judge is unlikely to take any action in your case.
