Civil rights

if no one in the usa are illegal, why is it that asian, chinese etc. Presence is accepted here in the usa and mexicans presence ain't?

Your premise is wrong. There are plenty of illegals in the USA from countries other than Mexico.

History shows that there was once significant opposition to Chinese and Irish immigrants. Look what happened during the second world war. Japanese citizens were held captive in internment camps out in the Mojave desert. You probably know how Africans were treated when they entered the courty during slavery. Not sure that this answers your question, but it might help to know that it has happened to many other groups before (illegal) Mexicans.
