Civil rights violations in Family

I was wondering how I can take action against a Judge who heard allowed two ex-parte hearings against me when the other party failed to notify me on both occasions.

It's a due process issue; however, ex parte means without notice. most courts have local rules requiring some type of notice. it's not on the judge it's on the person who told the judge they gave you notice. if the order created an urgency, go back to court ex parte to clear it up. let the judge know that the opposing party committed a fraud against the court by claiming they gave you notice.
