Claiming child on taxes

Hello, divorce 9/03- decree states

other party to use child on taxes.

(I was unaware that I could not rotate the years for filing on the decree). 50/50 custody- no child support- other party is not willing to rotate- Is there someway to changed this decree?

File a motion to modify child support. Before filing such a motion have an attorney run the child support program to determine the probability of your having to pay child support.
