Legal Question in Family Law in California

Someone is claiming that im the father of their child. This person was 33 years old at the time and I was only 15. .I'm 25 now..what are my rights and can't she get in trouble for this?

Criminally she can get in trouble, but a lawyer would also want to know if there was a paternity action to collect child support that may need to be addressed.
