Legal Question in Family Law in California

My ex claims I owe her money that I was ordered to pay. I paid everything and then about a thousand extra. Can she call all that money and gift and still get more extra? I'm referring to medical expenses. I overpaid because I paid her by check untill the earnings assignment went into affect. But they ordered arrears even though I had paid her CS every month. So the arrears were wrong. The money I sent by check was then extra and more than enough to cover the braces I was ordered to help pay for. She is a stay at home mom if that makes any difference.

She doesn't get to call anything you paid a gift. You can go into court and get an accounting and adjustment of arrearages. You can also get an order that she find work, or that support be changed to what it would be if she was earning what she could if she found work.
