what is clerk's certificate of mailing. and what if my husband is in iraq. what address do i use for him.

A clerks certificate of mailing generally is their certificate that they have mailed a notice, judgment or order to a party. If your husband is in Irag, use the address that you use to send mail to him. Good Luck, Pat McCrary
