closed account denied funds

i share an account with my husband and his mother right now we are starting to go through a divorce can they close my checking account and deny me access to my husbands funds since that is my only income

Any party that is allowed to withdraw funds from the account can remove all of the money in the account. Assuming that you are s signator on the account you have the right to remove money from the account and place it in another bank account. Maintain a record of the money taken and how it was spent.
