closed adoption

My family is being harrassed by bio father showing up unannounced and asking to see minor child. this was a closed adoption.What can be done legally to stop this? Minor child wants no contact.

Your question does not provide enough information to completely answer it.

However, my first thoughts are you need a restraining order. Each County usually has a family law facilitator's office at the family law court house. I suggest you take a trip to the court house and ask them for help in preparing an ex parte TRO. I would also take all your documents with you and ask them what suggestions they have.

However a TRO is the place to start, from what you have stated in your question.
