Legal Question in Family Law in California
how much clothing do i have to proivde my kid? he does not listen so I want to taske away all but 2 outfits.. can i do that?

It sounds like a bad idea to not provide your clothing for your child. You want to be careful that it is not considered child abuse to deny clothing to your child. You should stick to more conventional child rearing techiques like time outs.
For self represented individuals you can consult with the family law facilitator self help center at your local court house.
As always please consult a local attorney prior to taking legal action. Good luck. Also please check out my Santa Clara County Family Lawyer blog.
