cohabitation
my ex wife is cohabitating with another man. in the
agreement it states if she cohabitates with a person
of the opposite sex for 180 consecutive days spousal
support shall cease to be due under the termination of
support.he is maintaining a residence but stays with
her all of the time. we are video taping the residence
every night and also have a pi. support is otherwise
non modifiable for 25 months. can we get support
terminated and what do i need to prove? i was married

It will depend on the total facts and to some degree the judges intepretation of the facts whether this is considered co-habitation. I would conclude yes, but you will need all of the facts that you can obtain to support your case. Good Luck, Pat McCrary
