Cohabitation/Spousal Support

I am planning on moving in with my boyfriend whose ex is seeking additional spousal support. Does she have any legal basis to pursue my income? We are not married.

Spousal support should for the person who collects SS is affected by cohabitating with the opposite sex. Typically she would not.
