Can I collect interest on back support

I was owed 6,000 in back support. My exhusband is repaying in payments, but I want interest on this back money. Am I entitled to interest, even if our original court orders do not state I receive interest if he fails to pay?

Re: Can I collect interest

You are entitled to 10% interest per annum on each missed payment, dating from when it is missed. You can reduce the total to a judgment on arrears and then collect 10% on that total (interest on interest).
