Collect Marital Judgement

How can I collect a judgement against my ex-wife in Madera, Ca. I have her place of employment and all other information. The court ordered her to pay back $6,000 that she and her family had taken from me while i was in Iraq.

My divorce was in Texas due to my being stationed in Killeen Texas. She lives in Ca. I am onvce again overseas but have given my brother my POA to pursue this matter.

You should get a wage garnishment. YOu would need an attorney in TX though where the judgment was hande d down.
