Can I collect Spouse support from my husband that is deprecated from me while I'm disabled and have no income at all. We've not got divorced yet. Married 25 years.

Spousal support is based upon a number of factors including length of the marriage and incomes of the parties. If your husband makes more money than you do, then it's quite likely he would be obligated to pay support for a long period of time.
