can i still collect a uncollected spousal support allumony after past ten years?

I'm not sure what your exact question is. Spousal and child support awards do not expire after ten (10) years, unlike regular civil judgments. Those could still be collected. My answer is different if the order has expired by its terms, like spousal support for 10 years, or upon the happening of some other occurrence, like remarriage.
