Legal Question in Family Law in California

Collecting Owed Money from my ex wife

When my ex and I got divorced, I

stayed with the house but she was to

remain on the title until 2018 when

the house would be paid off. In the

divorce stipulation it states she is

responsible for any maintnance and

repairs made to the house over

$250. so I am wondering what that

covers. When we got divorced we had

just bought a brand new house. It

has been six years and my backyard

still has no grass. I have concrete

floors in my downstairs because the

carpet was so destroyed it had to

come out. When I put my floors in

and the grass etc, will she be

responsible for half? I am asking

becuase in 2018 we either have to

sell the house and split the money or

I have to buy her out. so to me it

seems that anything like that she

would have to help me pay for since

it is still technically half hers! Please

help!!
