collecting part of divorced spouses pension

If you have been married for 10yrs and divorce how much of husbands pension upon his retirement could I collect?

Under California law, each party is entitled to one-half of the community property and is responsible for one-half of the community property debts.

Given the limited statement you made, a specific number cannot be given. The court will look at the entire community property estate.
