Collecting Past Medical Bills

My divorce decree and subsequent orders state that my "x" and I will split the non insurance costs of medical and dental bills for our minor children. At the present time he refuses to pay, stating I owe him. ( he has not provided any documentation to substanciate this)I have about $750.00 in bills over the past 4 years. What can I do to get him to pay?

File a motion with the same court which granted the divorce. Attach copies of the bills and copies of your previous demand letters. Ask for judgment on arrears and wage assignment.
