what papes do i need to file in order to collect back child support and my daughter father has tempary joint custody and she want to return with me and she is 16 and is unhappy @ her fathers i feel she needs her mother at the age especially at her age and the lack of importance towards her education i have always been involed in her school it is important i dont apporve of the way his live in girlfriend miss treats her and her father see no problem i am her mother i should hay the right to say whats good or bad and the custody is the same as the orginal court order with the exception of right now he has primary custody how do i go about this
