collection of debt

I have a court order to collect money from my ex husband but, his company is out of state and the local sheriff will not serve the order for wage assignment

Contact the local child support services office. they will collect the child support for you, at no charge.

You should find a sheriff or process server in the state where the husband lives. Moreover, it is probably necessary to get a new judgment from the local court house.
