My wife and i are going through a divorce and are seperated. I am recieving my tax stim check. My wife wants half for her bills.She recieves $400. out of my ssi check for the kids.i was the only one who worked in the 10 years we were married. is this stim check comm. property?

That being said, if you are filing jointly, then she's entitled to half the stim check.
