Common Law Marriage

How long do you have to be together for this type of common law marriage and can it be annuled?

California does not have a provision for common law marriages. But does recognize a common law marriage that comes into existance under the laws of another state.

Annulment of marriage in California is very limited in scop. Very few couples meet the requirements for an annulment.
