Legal Question in Family Law in California

common property & bankruptcy of one party

three years of Calif legal seperation & the wife is sitting on the case cause she doesn't want to give up the corporation that she runs. the husband has been living in the house they own and been paying the payments. she has been making over a million a yr and he has not been getting any benefit from that. they have been going through 2 appraisal and recently the husband changed his lawyer and he wants the divorce so he had to request another apprisal. but now, suddenly she is claiming that she has to apply for bankruptcy while at the same time she is looking to find a house to buy for herself. everything sounds fishy but she is giving him insecurity by calling and threatenning that the house even will be lost and after she applies for chapter 11 they should finish the divorce.

he is going crazy. not that he never got his half, now he is even losing his own half. please tell me what can he do to protect his half of the community property???
