community interest in seperate property

I have been married for 10yrs, I raised my husbands children, while he worked 7 days a wk. My husband controls all the finances. He inheritated 33.3% of the family farm and business. For the past 10 years they have been paying off debt mortages. Does community have an interest in his seperate property

You question cannot be answered with the information you provided. If your husband works on the farm for a substantial period of time there may be a community property interest in the farm. The same applies to the business. Further if community property funds are being used to pay any of these debts then there may be a community property interest. You need to discuss this with an attorney to learn more about your interest if any in these properties.
