Community property.
A man and woman, have lived together for 16 years, have two Kids, not married. The man bought the house, paid 100% of down payment and mortgage payments.
Is the woman entitled to any of this

Re: Community property.
If the man and woman did not marry there is no community property. If the house is in the name of the man only, then generally it is his solely, however, you should discuss this with a family law attorney who can get more details and give a more definite answer. Good Luck, Pat McCrary
