Community Property Settlement
I was married 15 1/2 years to a Pool contractor, whom is also a Police Detective . It has been 6 1/2 years and we don't have a property settlement yet. My husband is asking for the home that we purchased 12 years ago and all asets including the business we started 9 years ago. He wants to leave Myself and our three children with only $2,000. in child support and I have been a stay at home mother and helped run the Pool business for 13 years. Can you help me find past case history were the judge rules 50/50 of all community assets, or anything that would help my case.Thanks!

I am not sure where you are located...but you need to get an attorney. You should get half of everything...I am not sure why this dragged so long.

You should hire an attorney right away. This board is good for a signle narrowly drawn question. You need a strategy.
