community property
my sister file for divorce last summer. it will be final next month in december. her husband was living in the house making the mortage payment. last month he purchase a new house with his girlfriend. he ask my sister to waive her rights to the new house she stated she told him to sign the forms. after he move into the new house, my sister move back into the old house which is overly encumbance. my sister husband left the house in a mess. she would like for him to quit-claim the house to her were he would have no interest in it. she has no money for an attornery because of her bills. what can she do. he also stated
he should be getting a judement from a job injury,and he has been buying new items how can she also get part of the settlement if he has not already recieve it.

All of these property issues should have been delt with by the divorce court. something here doesnt make sense. you sister needs to have a lawyer review her case.
