I have been married for 7 yr. and we are know divorcing. My ex has taken what we aquired together during the marriage. I DONT know where the equipment is. what can i do.

File and serve him with a petition of dissolution of marriage. It contains ATROs with are designed to freeze the transfer of assets. Make sure you identify and value those assets when you complete your schedule of assets and debts. Consult with an attorney for further guidance.
