To whom it may concern, I am 62 years old and My husband is 70 years old. we live in california. My husband is retired with company pension . My husband want to divorce. We own a mobile home , He only work part time now. I do not kwow what happen if he want to divorce because I have been a housewife and never work. Can I keep the mobile home?, is he responsible for spousal support? etc. Please, help!! Best regards. Pham

You have a right to spousal support. The amount and duration of the support are determined by 5 factors: length of the marriage, age of the parties, health history, earning capacity and standard of living during the period of the marriage. More information is needed to determine what can be done with the mobile home.
