I have a condo and my ex husband wants to sell I want to quick deed the condo to my daughters of age if he does not agree does the condo need to be SOLD also all Debts do they combine them together we are not Divorced as of yet

you can't hide community property or joint property by quitclaiming to your daughters, the judge won't allow you to hide your property this way. Debts incurred during marriage are presumed joint, if you are worried, separate first. As long as you two live together, all your debts will be considered joint debts.
On top of everything wrong with deeding property to your daughter to evade issues in a divorce, deeding property to family while you are alive is 99.999% of the time a terrible idea. It almost universally has very very expensive unintended tax consequences. You need to consult with a local family law attorney who is well versed in real estate law as well.
