Is it a conflick of intrest if the kids mothers that filied the restraining order ,her attorney on this is her bothers mother in law is this a conflick of intrest

How would the relationship reduce the quality of representation? If there in no possible reduction, there is no conflict.

Would her brother's mother in law have any reason not to represent her vigorously and to the best of her ability? Would the brother's mother in law's own personal interest or the interests of any of her other clients be harmed if the kid's mother wins? If not, then there is no conflict.
