Conflict of interest

I was employed as a legal secretary for this firm. Now one of the associates is representing my husband in our divorce action. Is this a conflict of interest?

There may well be a conflict of interest depending upon the information that the law firm has about you. The appearance of a conflict of interest may be sufficient to have the attorney removed. Discuss this with your attorney.
