Consensual

A woman I know wants to have

consensual sex with a male, purely

to use him as a donor for a child, no

strings

attached, and leave it at that, no

communication after. Based off

verbal agreement and email. Is this

legal?

Can the man be subject to child

support etc. after this?

Yes the man can be subjected to child support. He also has the right to parent the child.
