Legal Question in Family Law in California

consent to give control over estate

I would like to know if there is a legal form for my sister to give me complete control over my mother's estate. She wishes to do that. Right now the trust says that we must both agree in writing. I have a power of attorney dated after the trust giving me all rights. Is that all we need or is there an additional form needed? If so, what form would that be?

I am a little confused here. Is your mother alive? Are you talking about your mother's trust or your mother? If mother executed a POA and she is alive, then the POA should control.
