Legal Question in Family Law in California

I contacted the non custodials attorney regarding the cancellation of visition and custody he chose towards his son but she hasn't replied to my email just yet and the hearing is coming up soon in two weeks. Can I file the stipulation and order myself and request a change of hearing date? If so , how long does the process take?
