Legal Question in Family Law in California

contempt

I need to take someone to court by

contempt (I believe it's called) for

violating court orders. I cannot afford

an attorney to do the paperwork for

me. Can someone please tell what

forms I nee to fill out and guide me if

possible to a web-site that can

explain to me how to fill out the

paperwork. Please help. This person

keeps violating court orders and so I

far I haven't done anything about it.

I feel that now it's time for me to

stop him. Thank you

Re: contempt

You file and personally serve an OSC re: Contempt and attach an Affidavit of Facts Constituting Contempt. Both are court forms, there are several .org sites that have the forms, and they are all in the clerks office at your local court house.
