contempt of court

in the divorce orders my ex was to return my belongings within 90 days, remove my name from the vehicle registration which is soley financed through me,and that he is currently driving and provide current address to the location of my children. none of this has been done, and after contacting the financing company for the vehicle i have been notified that december and january payments have not been made. the ninety days were up in nov 2005. i need to file contempt of court papers and am not sure the correct procedure in the completing the forms. what forms should i be completing and how.

You can find the forms on line one site is accesslaw.com. The forms are under the judicial council forms. Considering the amount of money and risk of financial lose at risk you should retain an attorney to represent you in this matter.
