Contempt

My ex-wife has violated and court order and I want to file and ask the court to hold her in contempt. What punishment can I expect, if any, that the court will apply. I am hoping that there will be the chance that she will do aleast 24 hours in jail!

It depends on the judge, but the penalty is 5 days for each charge.
