Contempt Hearing

How can you challenge the decision of a judges decision regarding a contempt hearing for breaking a custody order. The case was thrown out for failure to provide proof of acceptance, but the county clerk is the office that mailed the hearing notice to the Defendant.

Depending on what the court did you can either refile, unlikely, or file a notice of appeal. Appeals are rarely successful.
