contempt issue

My exwife kept our child for almost 3 weeks straight with no word at all about him a status quo order is in place which defines our parenting time she is being charged with contempt by my attorney. then after draining my bank account after written noitce from her that she would not touch our/my bank account she is being charged with contempt yet again by my attorney. we are awaiting trial do i stand a good chance of getting custody of our child and if convicted of contempt what penalties does she face? she also violated the divorce paperwork and destroyed my personal belongings that had been at our house.
