Continual continuance after defined 730 Evaluation
If my 730 evaluation clearly defines that my ex is detrimental to my children and proponged exposure is not recommended, how can my trial be continued three times extending into and 8 month period? Can I take this to another court?

Let me stop and count the possible reasons your trial would be continued for eight months. Well, I haven't the time to count. Life is too short. Let me ask a self serving question. Do you have an attorney? Since a 730 evaluation is expensive you may consider the added expense of hiring an attorney.
