Legal Question in Family Law in California

Contract Law - Civil Case

Is an agreement made between two parties (Plaintiff and Defendant), a legally binding contract, if neither party signs the agreement, and it is only agreed to by way of e-mails, verified in authenticity by the Defendant--name removed--Attorney only.

This arrangement for authorizing the, Mutual Personal Conduct agreemnet, is by the Defendant--name removed--request and mediated by the Defendant--name removed--Attorney only.

Do I, the Paintiff, have a legally binding contract with the Defendant?

This answer will assist me in proceeding with mutual dismissal of the case, and settle out of Court, without going to trial.

thank you, a very quick response time is urgent, and appreciated.
